The Designer

Laura Mango is a design professional with 12 years marketplace experience; having concentrated on branding and working with some of the largest firms worldwide, including Siegel+Gale and Landor. She has lived and worked in London, New York, San Francisco, and San Diego.


By combining flawless execution with innovative ideas, Laura's portfolio has grown to include a wide range of clients including American Express, Johnson & Johnson, Boise, DuPont, State Farm, Girl Scouts of the USA, Bayer, and Samsung.


Besides corporate identity and brand assignments, Laura has had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including packaging, exhibition design, signage, books, magazines, product design, web sites, interactive kiosks, credit cards, annual reports, and more.


Currently based out of San Diego, Laura works as an independent design consultant collaborating with brand teams, creative directors, strategists, naming professionals, writers, photographers, and clients to create unique solutions that are in alignment with brand strategy.


Inspired by working within the creative process at many different levels, Laura looks upon each assignment in fresh new ways: sharing ideas, brainstorming, sketching – a catalyst driving towards the end solution.


Laura holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Hartford Art School, Connecticut and participated in an International Design Internship at Richmond College, London.
